Bizzy Bumpkins is owned and operated by PCS Creations.
We specialize in providing high quality hand made
boutique clothing and friendly service at a fair price.
If you have any questions on ordering, returns, or
policies, please contact our customer service
department, toll free 1-800-630-9929. Please be
sure you include your daytime phone number with your
order, so as not to delay delivery if there are any
questions or concerns with your order.
Your order will ship
AFTER the item has been custom made, Since all of our
garments are custom made when you order, there is a
10-14 business day production time before the item is
shipped. If you are in need of an item in a rush,
we can put a rush on your order with a $25 Rush Charge
applied. Larger orders of over 3 items or sets
will require an additional 2-3 days production time per
each additional item ordered.
Cancellations
Because
our products are custom made, orders can not be
cancelled after 48 hours. No cancellation fee will be
incurred on custom made items if cancellation is within
24 hours of our receipt of order. No order can be
cancelled once it has already shipped.
Payments
Bizzy Bumpkins accepts credit card payments of
MasterCard, Visa, or Discover and all forms of PayPal
payments. Credit card payments may be made through our
secure server, or you may call to place your order Toll
Free 1-800-630-9929 Monday thru Friday 9 AM - 4 PM
Central Time. If placing your order through PayPal and
paying by e-check, please remember your order will not
be processed until your e-check has cleared.
Credit Card statements will read the charge as PCS.
Credit
Card Security
At Bizzy Bumpkins, your payment information is encrypted
and sent through our secure server to be processed. No
credit card or personal information is ever sent via
email or other non-secure means. Your information is
kept private. We do not share your private information
with anyone. All credit card statements will read the
charge as PCS.
Returns
If you have
any problems with your order once you have received it,
you need to contact us concerning returns, exchanges or
replacements within 10 days of the date of receipt
of your order. All returns must have an RA# issued
by our customer service department. All returned
packages must have the RA# clearly printed on the
outside of the package, and include a note stating
reason for return, and please let us know if there is a
defect with the garment.
Returns must be
sent freight pre-paid or they will be refused. Products
must be returned to us in original packaging with all
accessories, and tags attached. No credit or exchanges
will be made without the returned items being received
in our warehouse and inspected. Sorry, ABSOLUTELY NO
CASH REFUNDS. Returned items will be exchanged for
merchandise of equal value or refund of method of
payment originally used, if a refund is issued, it may
be subject to a 15% restocking fee. If item is returned
for size or color exchange, it must be exchanged for an
item of equal value, if need is for an item of higher
value, payment must accompany returned item.
Return and Exchange shipping costs are the
responsibility of the purchaser. If you

Shipping
Shipping charges will be figured and added to your order
total at checkout. Bizzy Bumpkins
and PCS have no
control over shipping carriers such as USPS or UPS and
shall not be liable for any delay in the delivery or
shipment of goods, or for any damages suffered by reason
of such delay or damaged caused by freight handling.
Express
Shipping: Express shipping is not necessarily
overnight shipping. It will depend on the item ordered
and availability to ship Express. Normally Express
shipping if offered is 1-2 days. Express Shipping is
generally not available on personalized items.
Please note - Express shipping will be 1-2 days AFTER
the order has been custom made, Since all of our
garments are custom made, there is a 10-14 day
production time before the item is shipped. If you
are in need of an item in a rush, we can put a rush on
your order with a $25 Rush Charge applied.
International
Shipping:
Shipping time frames are not available on international
orders. While orders are shipped USPS, there are too
many variables including the postal service in the US,
customs and the postal service in the other country for
us to provide an accurate time frame. In general, please
allow at least 2-4 weeks for delivery of your order.
Express shipping is NOT available on International
orders.
